Meet with client to discuss needs and ideas. Usually occurs on site with the client and design team. Client is asked beforehand to fill out the client interview to capture important details on programming (types of activities the clients envisions at the property), landscape materials, budget, etc. 

• Conduct Site Inventory
• Develop Site Analysis
• Create Base Plan

This process includes capturing the existing site features and analyzing conditions for design potential. We document the following: locations of existing plant materials, hardscaping, architectural structures, sun orientation, drainage patterns, soil conditions, etc.  Please note: an existing site survey/plat map is required prior to conducting the site inventory and analysis.

• Develop Mood Board (utilizing Pinterest)
• Iterative sketches
• Create Plant and Material Schedule

• Client Feedback
• Design Revision (if needed)

Final design package is presented to the client and is ready for contractor bidding.  We do assist our clients with bid solicitation, if requested.
